bunny :: a child's word for a rabbit
Sometimes I make something and I feel... well... nothing. Blah. No reaction. This is not one of those times people. This is one of the times when I make something and the end result makes me so happy I feel like I'll burst. As soon as I took the photos of this little guy I could hardly wait to post them. I particularly wanted to post them so I could share him with you - because that's really what makes the happiness complete. ♥

Bunny bum.

He comes with a very tiny carrot pin and an wee lily of the valley pin (my favorite spring flower).

Here's one with a penny for scale and a little sneek peek at some of the materials that will be used to make the set.

There were too many photos for me to post all of them here so if you like him too you'll have to go on over to my flickr site to see them all!
What is a Teensy Pin?
A teensy pin is an extraordinarily small polymer clay sculpture placed on the head of a very normal stick pin. Each one is completely designed and handmade by me. If you aren't familiar with them you can check out the gallery here.
A Spring Shop Update
I have big plans for this little guy! I'm going to make a very, very limited quantity special edition teensy set - probably just four or six available. If any of you know a bunny lover or think maybe you'd like one for yourself, I'll keep you posted! There will also be new puppies in the shop and a new "twist" on teensies in general so stay tuned.

Ahhh, I love it! He's so cute!

This little guy is adorable, I love it .. my favourite teensy pins so far were the ninjas, but I think they've just been surplanted ;-)

these are really sweet. Great detail on such a tiny canvas, and to one clay artist to another, polymer is tricky, you can easily see your fingerprints etc if not careful, you do such a great job, such attention to every detail. I love the little tail!

Absolutely adorable. My puppy, Napoleon's, ears pull back just like the bunny when he is running.

Super cute.
You'd be great at decorating cakes. I can just picture them in my head, all sorts of lovelies specially made for birthdays and weddings and anniversaries...
Great work!

My 4 year old daughter was reading blogs with me and when she saw the last of your bunny pics she said "wow, that's a big penny!" It's all about perspective, lol!
