step aside morgan spurlock

I found these two supersized spools of twine at Tilda's Bake Shop. Now, I know that you know how much I love the new MARTHA STEWART: CRAFTS product line. But I'm just saying...

i'm just saying...

In Other News
Today I was able to get over to the thrift store and found that they had completely reorganized everything. It was a little disorienting (I'm a big time creature of habit) but once I found the fabric bins I was set. Plus, all baskets were half-price so I found a couple that were perfect for making basket bags. I haven't made any since the Christmas before last so I think it's about time for a couple.

Here's the fabric (with a little bit of basket peeking out at you from the top):

Your supersize twine had me laughing and laughing!

Ah ha. Tilda! I have some bakery sites bookmarked just so I can order myself some mammoth twine. I just added Tilda to the list. :)
Good thrifty finds too!

wow. thank you for sharing that! i have yet to head over to see the martha goodness...

I love your sense of humor :) and not only that--You are a saint! Do you know how long I've been looking for bi-color twine (a very, very long time) except I've been calling it "butcher twine"--thank you!!!!

love your newly thrifted fabrics, laurie!

I wish my thrift store had fabric like that, very pretty finds! thanks for tip on the twine!

Ditto on Martha's products, I think they are fantastic... but supersize my twine too! Thanks for the link.

I love the picture of the twines. I payed like 60 bucks for a spool of red bordeux twine that sadly resembles Martha's spool more than Tilda's. I got it from Raffit Ribbons and boy.. I would NOT do that again!

Thanks for the link to Tilda's! Hugs!

oh my god. twine heaven. thank you so much for sharing that link!!!!!
xo

That is a LOT of twine!!!!!!

ah HA.....thanks for sharing the twine scoop!

Oh, that Martha! Well, I supposed she's aiming at the market of people who don't what 50 miles of twine (that wouldn't be any of us).
I checked out your basket bags. They are SO cool!

Wow, talk about value for money!

Great fabric finds too!

Wow, that's a big difference.

Hi

It is healthy, I shall come on your site more often, thank.

G'night
