sugar plums are so right now
Why do you have to put away all of the Christmas goodies after the holiday? This year, I'm keeping my colorful garland and snowflakes up. And, despite my love of all things white, I'm adding pops of sugar plum color around the apartment to keep things cheerful during the long winter chill. Here are some of the things that inspired this flight of color fancy in me:
A newly organized kitchen cookbook corner.
Cute glasses that I found on sale at Anthropologie.
A new book: The Left Bank Look. Love it. The fabric you see here was a gift from Megan at Make It Snappy. Thanks again!
This page was the reason I got the book.

I love those glasses, I missed them the last time I was there. I'm with you on the snowflakes and garland staying up for a while, it always seems such a shame to use it for only a few weeks.

See? You've already gotten more use out of that fabric than I did in the last five years! And I'm all for leaving wintry stuff up a little while longer. It's a little depressing to strip the home of all decorations so suddenly.

What a beautiful and delicate blog you have here!
I'll be coming back, that's for sure. As far as the fabrics, I like them all - my couch should be so lucky to have such adorable pillows! :)
