I made the Sour Cream Chocolate Cake with Cream Cheese Peanut Butter Frosting and Peanut Butter Chocolate Glaze, from the Sky High cake book, the one that Smitten Kitchen made famous, for my dad's birthday bash on Saturday. I doubled the recipe to make two cakes to be sure that I had enough for the crowd. Honestly though, I probably would have been fine with just one because when she says to slice thin and it serves more than you think, she is dead right. Wow. Delicious.
